The ILO(Initial Lock Offerings) financial model was first proposed by cryptocurrency exchange AEX. ILO and IEO (Initial Exchange Offerings) are both initiated by AEX, but ILO is more open and inclusive. When participating in IEO, users can only buy project tokens with platform tokens.
