Announcement regarding the launch of AEX asset Protection Program
Fellow AEXs,
Hello, due to the recent short-term liquidity shortage of the platform, some users are worried about the asset security of the platform. To ease the fears of users, at the same time also proved 100% payment platform to ensure that the user assets safety determination and reduce the pressure of short-term liquidity, AEX platform is now launched a plan of asset protection for the user to choose — hold more than 500000 AUSD the AEX platform users can choose to participate in the complete asset replacement, to ensure the safety of assets.
Due to different policies in different regions, the detailed terms and conditions will not be published online, please contact the key account manager for detailed terms and conditions. Brief description of the terms hereby announced:
1. The replacement asset is the share held by AEX Platform in a large new energy enterprise, which is estimated according to the latest round of financing of the enterprise
Look, the current value of equity held by AEX platform associated with BVI is about 1.6 billion RMB.
2. The enterprise plans to be listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2023. After listing, the value of shares held by AEX platform associated with BVI subjects is expected to be about 5 to 7 billion yuan.
3. Interested users who hold more than 500,000 AUSD can contact the key account manager to sign an asset protection contract, and exchange the AUSD in the account with the current value for the equity of the enterprise (1 AUSD = 1 US dollar, and the equity value is transferred at a par of 1.6 billion RMB). By December 31, 2024, there are two possibilities:
1) If the company has been listed, you will have the right to dispose of and earn the shares of the company (the platform cannot promise the rate of return).
2) If the company is not listed, the replacement will be cancelled automatically, and you still hold the AUSD assets in the original AEX platform unchanged.
This plan is an additional guarantee provided by AEX platform for users based on short-term liquidity problems, and there is no additional loss for users (transactions will be cancelled automatically if enterprises fail to complete listing). This is also the determination and sincerity of AEX platform for 100% safe payment of users’ assets.
Users who do not currently hold AUSD but want to participate in the program can exchange USDT of temporarily frozen assets into full Amount of AUSD through the asset flash exchange service or buy full amount of AUSD through spot trading, and contact your key account manager or online customer service to apply for participation.
On the one hand, AEX platform solves the short-term liquidity problem by liquidating bulk assets; on the other hand, it hopes to further guarantee the asset security of users by providing this asset replacement plan.
