International Central Bank Have Accelerated the Launch of CBDC
Digital RMB access to Alipay: Online commercial bank(Alipay) has become the seventh commercial bank to participate in public beta after the six state-owned banks(They are ICBC, ABC, BOC, CCB, COMM and PSBC).
The trials between Singapore and French CBDC have succeeded: The Monetary Authority of Singapore(MAS) and Banque de France(BdF) announced that they have successfully completed a wholesale cross-border payment and settlement by using the Central Bank Digital currency(CBDC).
The South Korean central bank will decide to put CBDC pilot project as selected operator: Line Plus, Ground X and SK C&C will participate in bidding for the development opportunities of CBDC pilot project.
The Reserve Bank of Australia will release a CBDC wholesale market report: it will explore the appication of the blockchain assets in finance and may realize more participants accessing the settlement accounts of reserve bank.
CBDC is issued by central banks around the world, using for international settlement in the future, which will accelerate the compliance of blockchain and legal tender. The stablecoins (such as USDT, USDC and DAI) are issued by blockchain service provider, with the application in AEX spot trading or financial modules.
